The organization worked with North Peak to migrate from their Exceed! Database to a comprehensive, Salesforce-based solution for their Development, Marketing, Volunteer Management, and Program management needs.

North Peak implemented NPSP, Program Management Module, and a custom volunteering solution for Burn Institute. Additionally, the solution was integrated with Give Lively for online donations, Constant Contact for email marketing, and Gravity Forms for online forms. The team now has one source of truth for all organizational data and easy access to insights on critical relationships and the team’s impact.
