North Peak engaged with Outdoor Outreach to relaunch an underperforming Salesforce for the development team and solve a number of challenges for the program team. The result has been an improved system for program management, volunteer management, moves management and other fundraising workflows. Staff is spending less time on administration, getting improved analytics, and has ready access to important constituent information.
