Challenges:
Coaching4Change was growing as an organization and needed a CRM database that would match the way their team worked while reducing information silos. Their goals were a system that would streamline the delivery of their programs while enabling C4C to better track and support their student mentors and coaches.
Solution: Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Implementation
North Peak was brought in to lead the implementation of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. This newest nonprofit offering from Salesforce has strong program management capabilities that aligned with Coaching4Change’s needs, including managing and supporting both college students to be effective mentors to elementary K-12 students, and adult coaches to effectively support the student mentors. In addition to program management North Peak also built a portal that would enable the college students and their coaches to manage their case load and communicate more easily. Once the implementation was complete, Coaching4Change did not have an Salesforce Admin on staff, so North Peak continued to work with them, providing Managed Admin services to ensure the database was functioning correctly and troubleshooting any issues that arose.
